    No. The integration is available to all accounts, but comes with a monthly fee. PriceLabs offer a 30-day free trial and monthly pricing per unit.

  • Does PriceLabs overwrite all of my pricing data?

    No. PriceLabs only updates the nightly base rates. It does not change your minimum stay rules, availability, or cleaning fees unless you configure it to.

  • Do I need to log into PriceLabs every day?

    No. Once connected, PriceLabs automatically pushes daily pricing updates based on your settings. You only log in to adjust strategy or review performance.
